At Chloe & Claire, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

  • Products must show normal use only and must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Hygiene-related items must be cleaned thoroughly before being returned.

  • Any damages or defects must be reported immediately upon delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.


How To Request a Return

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Full name

  • Full shipping address

Once approved, we will provide the correct return address.

Please do not return items to the sender address listed on the package, as returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • All returns must be sent to our international warehouse.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags where applicable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend:

  1. Requesting a return for the original order.

  2. Placing a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

After receiving your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

  • Refunds are typically returned via Store Credit, Coupon, or Original Payment Method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible after this timeframe. If you still wish to return your order after delivery, you may follow our standard return procedure outlined above.
