Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

  • Verify the shipping address entered at checkout.

  • Check with neighbours, household members, or reception/building management.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details.

While Chloe & Claire cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we will gladly assist you by providing tracking details and supporting any carrier investigation where possible.
